Über mich
I support organizations, professionals, and leaders through change processes with clarity, resilience, and strategic perspective.
With nearly 25 years of experience in consulting, organizational development, and transformation, I combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation. I have worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors and most recently led an organization-wide HR transformation project involving more than 1,000 employees.
My focus areas include organizational development, change management, leadership development, and resilience at the individual, team, and organizational level.
I help organizations build long-term adaptability through resilient structures, effective collaboration, and future-oriented leadership cultures.
I work in German, English, and French and bring an international perspective to my work.
