Communication is at the heart of my work. My interest in literature and languages led me to coaching and facilitation, where I help clients communicate more effectively with their teams, organisations, and themselves. My approach combines practical application, sound science, and humour. I focus particularly on mindful leadership, neuroscience, and co-creative methodology.

Before coaching, I worked in business development, leadership education, and personnel consultancy, including running my own profit centre. This experience allows me to work effectively across industries, functions, and cultures. Since 2001, I have worked with leaders at all levels, including the C-suite, through executive coaching, team coaching, facilitation, and assessment. I support initiatives ranging from M&A integration to HR strategy design, with a consistent focus on clarity, challenging limiting beliefs, and building the capabilities that drive leadership impact and business results. Core areas include performance management and employee engagement, effective communication, leadership development, and cross-cultural management. I work across automotive, financial services, life sciences, and other sectors, in English, German, and Italian, both virtually and in person.

Generative Coaching Practice I founded Generative Coaching Practice to help organisations access coaching at scale with consistent quality. The practice brings together a curated network of experienced coaches selected for rigour, depth, and cross-cultural capability within a shared framework, ensuring a high standard whether clients need one coach or a team.
